Description

This is an appeal as of right from a judgment of the trial court denying the appellant's application for post-conviction relief
following an evidentiary hearing. The appellant contends that the trial Judge committed error of prejudicial dimensions in
denying her petition. She argues that the two convictions she challenges in this proceeding are constitutionally infirm because
she was not adequately advised of her constitutional rights when she entered her pleas of guilty; and she was not competent
to enter the pleas. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
